In 2011 it was Athens and in 2012 a remote location in the English lakes... In March 2013 I aim to be running the marathon in Rome!
In this blog I intend to document how I get there: not only the actual training, but also all else that goes with such a plan: the distractions, if and how I overcome them; I will grumble about running in the dark in winter and gloat when things go well; describe interesting routes, discuss travel plans, shoes & apps and quite often stray from the subject!
